JOHN W. FORD
CEO
Chairman of the Board


John founded Insight Investments Corp. in 1987, and continues to grow the company through his foresight and keen understanding of industry trends. He began his career working for a venture backed telecommunications startup company and later distinguished himself in the National Accounts Division of IBM.

As CEO and Chairman of the Board of Insight Investments Corp, John focuses on areas of management and growth, emphasizing to clients, employees, and vendors the absolute importance of long term thinking in preserving lasting business partnerships. His strength is anticipating technology changes and positioning the company to take advantage of them.

John has a B.S. from University of California, Santa Cruz and an M.B.A. from Arizona State University where he graduated with honors. He is married with four children, one grandson, and is an active member of Legatas.


RICHARD M. HEARD
President


Richard Heard’s commitment to Insight began in 1985. Initially involved in sales and marketing, by July 1994, Mr. Heard was Insight’s CFO. With experience in all facets of the company and industry, exceptional leadership abilities, and a true desire for success in this highly competitive industry, Mr. Heard became president in 2004, with a seat on Insight’s Board of Directors. During his tenure spanning over two decades, Mr. Heard has been directly involved in maintaining the company’s financial strength and stability, growth, development, and stature within the industry. Richard Heard oversees all three Insight subsidiaries, still finding time for and enjoying direct customer and staff member relationships and interaction. Married with two children, Mr. Heard holds a B.S. in Economics; an MBA; Honored as an American Honda 2007 Premier Partner Award Winner for ‘companies that demonstrate excellence in quality, value and customer service’, Richard Heard remains committed to upholding Insight’s valued reputation for high ethics and overall excellence, the core values that made Insight what it is today.


DAVID WANG
Chief Financial Officer


David joined Insight Investments, Corp. in 2006 with nearly 10 years of experience in finance / operations.

As Chief Financial Officer of Insight, David oversees Insight’s accounting and finance efforts. He also develops and maintains relationships with investors and lenders. Prior to his appointment to Chief Financial Officer, David served as Vice President of Strategic Planning.

Prior to Insight, David worked for Lehman Brothers’ Investment Banking Division where he focused on M&A and corporate finance. He has also worked as a logistics manager / process engineer for Procter & Gamble.

David received a B.S in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles and an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. David is married.


ROB COTTER
Director of Engineering
Chief Technical Officer


Rob joined Insight Investments in September 2005 as Director of Engineering for the Integrated Systems division of IIC and was quickly given the additional responsibilities of internal technology as Chief Technical Officer for all of IIC. He has over 20 years experience in storage hardware and software, networking, systems architecture and engineering. Prior to joining to Insight, he was vice president of system engineering at NuView, Inc. where he oversaw enterprise-level storage architecture solutions for customers worldwide.

Before NuView, Rob worked at Network Appliance leading the system engineering team for the Southwest region in growing the storage business from $27M to $90M.

In addition to his experience managing the vendor-side of storage and networking technology, Rob has also served in IT management roles directing the architecture and operations of large IT infrastructures focusing on "productizing" infrastructure services to increase availability while decreasing operational costs.

Rob has a B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an M.S. from University of Southern California and an M.B.A. from University of California at Los Angeles. He is married with two children.


JEREMIAH M. FITZGERALD
General Counsel


Jerry joined Insight Investments Corp. in 2004 with nearly 25 years of extensive domestic and international legal and business experience, including technology transactions, acquisitions, management, corporate governance, corporate finance, executive compensation and employee benefits.

He was formerly senior vice president, chief legal officer, and corporate secretary of Comdisco, Inc. As general counsel and a senior member of the management team, he is responsible for all of the Company's legal and corporate governance matters.

Jerry received his bachelor's from Xavier University, his master's from Dominican University, and his J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago. Jerry is married and has four children.


JOSEPH O. HEALY
Director of Financial Services
Senior Vice President


Joe joined Insight Investments in mid-2005 with over 25 years in sales, sales management and financial management in the high tech industry.

Joe heads the Financial Services division of IIC, leading sales teams across the U.S. in creating solutions to customer and prospect acquisition challenges in IT and medical equipment, and managing leasing throughout its lifecycle.

Most recently, Joe spent two years at an integrator focusing on enterprise and commercial accounts. Prior to that, Joe spent five years at EMC Corporation in district and area sales management of Fortune 1000 accounts and 19 years at StorageTek in sales, financial management, and sales management.

Joe graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Finance. He is married and has four children.


NEAL F. ROURKE
Director of Portfolio Management
Senior Vice President


Neal joined Insight Investments in 2003 with 19 years of experience in executive leasing and portfolio management, with the last 13 years at Comdisco, Inc., in Rosemont, IL.

As Senior Vice President and Director of Portfolio Management for Insight, Neal works with customers to determine investment strategies, set residuals on new equipment acquisitions and generate remarketing opportunities from existing lease portfolios.

Neal received a B.A. in Finance and Law from Illinois State University and an M.B.A. from DePaul University in Chicago, IL where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Neal is married and has three children.
